Hi, I'm Lance Roberts, I'm a well-qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and I specialise in training adults over 40. Along with Tammy Roberts, a Natural Health Practitioner, we established the Motivating Health gym at Erina on the Central Coast in 2010. The purpose of this gym was purely to cater to Adults over forty, Beginners, and all those who generally have a fear of gyms that prevent them from working on their health through well-guided and structured exercise.
