We believe that living at or near your ideal body weight is the easiest way to slow the ageing process which in turn allows us to live long lives without the encumbrance of chronic diseases such as Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Insulin Resistance Arthritis, Back Pain, Depression and much more .

We also know (through our clinical work) that if you are over weight you can reverse many of these conditions and at worst, certainly reduce the severity or risk of developing these conditions simply by losing weight.

As such we educate clients about how to lose weight and also how to maintain their ideal weight once they achieve their goal. We do so through the use of our protein weight management formula.
